Sol Partners connects TeaQi Sol with small businesses whose customers could enjoy our teas, botanical body care, and everyday wellness offerings. Introduce products that complement your business, earn commission on qualifying orders, and give your customers a convenient place to collect their purchases.

Who we’d love to connect with

We welcome inquiries from businesses that make care, comfort, and connection part of their customer experience, including:

  • Salons, barbershops, spas, and estheticians

  • Creative studios and community gathering spaces

How the partnership works

Approved partners receive a specific link and code to share with their customers. During designated order windows, customers can shop the available offerings and use your assigned link and code, as applicable, to connect their order to your business and pickup location.

Customers can order Sol Café drinks, Tea Bar products, and Body Bar products for pickup at your location. Tea Bar and Body Bar purchases can be included with a drink order or ordered on their own, with pickup on the same scheduled delivery dates.

Qualifying orders earn commission according to your partnership terms. Before getting started, we’ll confirm your commission rate, payment schedule, order windows, delivery dates, and pickup responsibilities.

Staying connected through Discord

Every partner must have an owner or designated representative inside the Sol Café Discord server. This person serves as our main contact and manages communication with their customers who are members of the server, including questions and updates in their location’s channel.

You can also communicate with your customers through your business’s social media and email list. When sharing ordering opportunities, always use your assigned partner link and code, as applicable, and the current order window.

Customers can follow updates through your own channels; your business’s representative must remain connected through Discord.

Partner qualifications

We’re looking for businesses that:

  • Are actively operating. Have a website, business social profile, or storefront that helps us understand your business.
  • Serve a relevant audience. Your customers have an interest in self-care, beauty, food, movement, or everyday wellness.
  • Can share ordering opportunities. Introduce our offerings to your customers and share accurate order windows, links, codes, and pickup details.
  • Have a designated Discord representative. An owner or representative must join the server, stay responsive, and communicate with customers in their location’s channel.
  • Provide a dependable pickup location. Be available to receive scheduled deliveries and help customers collect their orders during agreed pickup windows.
  • Can store orders appropriately. Provide suitable storage for Tea Bar and Body Bar purchases, along with refrigeration for chilled drinks.
  • Follow the agreed partnership process. Represent products accurately and follow the ordering, communication, and pickup arrangements established together.
